Shakespeare was one of those comedy albums that was so perfectly crafted it leaves you kind of stupefied. The initial album by Anthony Jeselnik laid the groundwork for his ascension into the mainstream culture. He can be seen on The Jeselnik Offensive on Comedy Central, which features the comic’s dark take on news and current events. Each episode of The Jeselnik Offensive features a panel of fellow comics. Jeselnik is embarking on a national tour this fall, which will stop in Cleveland on October 5th at 8:00pm. My good friend Cameron Esposito, who was just in town for The Accidental Comedy Fest, will return to open for Jeselnik at the Ohio Theatre. Tickets are available through playhousesquare.org for $29.50.
