Ohio Sky, voted “Best Rock Band” in the 2013 Cleveland Scene Music Awards, has been making waves in the local community with their larger than life sound for the last five years. Amidst numerous lineup changes, the band has released a full length album, a pair of eps, and a split- the most recent being This House Is Old And Full Of Ghosts, an ep which the band self-released in 2013.
Ohio Sky has shared the stage with Torche, Airborne Toxic Event, Cloud Nothings, Taking Back Sunday, Mr. Gnome, and Seether. Most recently, the band has performed at Roar Along the Shore, provided direct support for Jessica Lea Mayfield and Cloud Nothings at the NEO Cycle Festival, and headlined night one of Cellar Door Rendezvous.
During recording, TurnStyle Films was on hand to document the process. Here’s the teaser trailer they put together featuring music from the record.
